Spy Pens In Action

Most people have seen some version of the spy pen in action, most probably in the latest spy film as one of the many gadgets wielded by the top spy. They look like ordinary every day pens but secretly contain a tiny camera designed to record all the events unfolding around them.
We took it upon ourselves of late to run a little test of these spy cameras and test how good their disguise can really be. The results we found we extremely interesting. We expected to see some mixed results, with our plot to be unraveled at some point. But the spy pen completely outdid our expectations.
Our first step in the experiment was to gather around 30 people and have them take it in turns to examine and write with the device. This placed the spy pen out of its comfort zone already but having people examine it closely and in detail. What we found most fascinating was that people immediately began testing its function as a pen and looking for nothing out of the ordinary. Not a single person passed it back aware of any recording taking place.
During this first phase we left thee camera rolling to see just how closely people examined our spy pen camera and see what we could capture. Multiple people appeared to look directly in to the lens; one person even rubbed it. Rationalizing it in their heads as a decorative feature they passed it out without a word.
We then decided to take it one step further and reveal a feature of the pen that had the distinct possibility of revealing the hidden camera inside the spy pen. We removed the bottom revealing the USB plug which connects it to a pc. We wanted to see how people received it and what they believed it to be.
Here we sat opened jawed again as people came to rational explanations in their head and came back with the most simple answer of, it’s a Memory stick is it not? We asked 40 people instead of 30 this time to get more results we it was only 2 gentleman out of the last 5 who came back to us telling us they didn’t know what it did but it was more than a memory stick.
The gentlemen that passed the spy camera back to us revealed they had heard of devices like this before and it was our eagerness to hand out and have people examine the device that told them it could be something more than we were letting on.
When we revealed its proper use to everyone we asked they were truly amazed. This is testament to how a simple disguise like this can open up so many discreet recording opportunities to you. Peoples are willing to accept the simplest explanation and very few question further. This makes the spy pen a most ideal tool and certainly one I shall be spending more time looking at and advancing.

True Blood Season 2 – The Relationships – More From Sookie Stackhouse

Its Season 2 and True Blood on HBO is coming along nicely – some new characters have been introduced, while others are maturing within the story line. Some relationships are evolving and growing, such as Bill and Sookie Stackhouse’, while others like Jessica and Hoyt’s are beginning a-fresh and keeping us all interested and excited. Never a dull moment to be had!
The question may well be though, where are these relationships headed and where are they taking us – the viewer? We need to have a little bit of an idea so we keep on watching. So, let’s have a quick look – a recap really – and see whats going on with some of the key relationships in small town Bon Temps, Louisiana… shall we.
Eggs and Tara: hmmm, not sure I am taking to this Eggs guy too much. There is something that just does not sit right with him. Whats more – he seems a bit on the dangerous side too. You wonder if he is under the control of Maryann or something like that. I pity Tara having Eggs in her life. Really she ought to try harder to get him out. But thats easier said than done.
Daphne and Sam: Daphne at first sight seemed useless and rather pathetic but… when we saw those great big scratches on her back which were the same as those left on Sookie’s back by the bull/man “thingy” … you can’t be too sure if she is connected to this creature, whether she is good or bad, but you gotta say – those scratches do make you wonder about Daphne, for sure. Are you wondering if she is just flirting around with Sam maybe? He is kinda cute after all. Na, don’t think so. More to it than this I suspect.
Terry and Arlene: Terry is a strange one for sure! He’s got this thing about sniffing Arlene’s hair – so odd – yuck! Although they are not truly a couple as yet, its fairly obvious they will become so. More to come from them.
Jessica and Hoyt: I’m really enjoying their sweet, young-at-heart and tender-loving-care relationship. This is how life should be for us romantics! Hopefully Jessica is now on the right track with Hoyt by her side to keep her right.
Jason and Sarah: Jason Stackhouse, ever the guy to get in a pickle because of his lack of intelligence. Silly guy but like-able all the same, don’t you think? The sooner he gets out and leaves that Jesus Camp behind the better though. And this relationship with Sarah – is it going any place in the longer term or are they just playing games? Games, no doubt.
Sookie and Bill: fight after fight and emotions continually up and down like the proverbial yoyo! Nevertheless, you gotta give it to these guys – they always stick by each other and come back to each other, no matter what. There will never be any real peace between them though so there is much more yoyo-ing to come, no doubts about it!

So, be certain that you are enjoying what you are doing while you try to impress the judges.
Also remember that smiling may not be necessary at every point. Depending on the mood of the dance, exhibit the necessary emotion. If the dance steps require you to be happy, flash your most agreeable grins, but if dance steps require you to manifest gloom, do not contradict the dance mood.
