This dance is just one of the many dances out there that you or I can learn. After some practice, any novice can take over the dance floor.
I turn red every time I am asked to dance. Dancing is something that I am not really good at. Many of my friends go out to clubs, while I’ve never been to any because I know there would be a lot of dancing there. I don’t really feel sore about it, I mean you can always do something else in a club, but people go there primarily to showcase their talents on the stage.
I admire people who are good at dancing and have been doing it a long time, those who do it with so much grace and expression. If there is one thing I wished it would have been to have not waited so long to take a class.
Who knows how long people have danced? There are perhaps a million or more occasions for dancing, hence the different styles and movements. Also, people from different ethnic backgrounds have their own dances, a cultural product, something to be proud of, shared and of course, tried. To me though the sexiest most interesting and fun dance has to be Salsa
With its Latin roots Salsa popularity has reached every corner of the world. It has been embraced by billions of people because of its sexy, stylish, intricate moves. More than that, the creative possibilities of linking moves and spins creates a beautiful expression of style and grace. Because of this, salsa dancing is appealing to dance enthusiasts from every generation.
In salsa dance, the movement of the body from the arms to the hips, down to the feet is very important. But more than that, the emotion you put into your every move makes this dance more sensual. It’s a dance that would make you feel good afterwards because finally, you can do the sexy moves you’ve always wanted to try.
If you want to get in shape and lose some extra pounds, there is no better way than learning how to dance. Imagine the amount of calories you’ll be shedding in each dance session!
If you do salsa dancing, you not only dance, you also stretch muscles for fitness and make your body a medium of self-expression, and an effective one at that. These are only few of the benefits people get from dancing. Add to the list meeting new people, being pro and competing, sharing your talent to the world while doing what you love.
To the novice, it may seem an impossible task, to commit oneself to dance, be frustrated at times, but the rewards are great. There is nothing more fulfilling than accomplishing something you have always wanted. Salsa may look difficult but aren’t all dances like that? If you give it a try, learn one or two basic steps and I know you’ll get hooked, millions of people have and they seem happy about it.
